Lenses are critical to the function of a team. Lenses are helpful at different scales as well. A Lens may focus primarily on a specific project they are knowledgeable about, or maybe they are interested in maintaining the focus of FASSAG as a whole. Regardless of their scope, Lenses provide direction and oversight to help the other members focus on their goals without having to worry about where their efforts should be directed.
